Cancellations / Refunds before order has been shipped

You can cancel your order at any time before your order has been shipped out.

To cancel your order and request a refund, email sales@japserviceparts.com with your order number. Alternatively call us on +44 208 8193 473

Refunds will be returned to the same payment method as was used to place the order.

Refunds are processed within 1 working day (Monday-Friday) of receiveing the cancellation notice.

Cancellations / Refunds after order has been shipped

After your order has shipped, you may cancel your order and request a refund by following the steps below.

Note that the time limit for refunds/cancellations is 14 days from the date of order (or date of delivery if the order has been shipped).

1) Notify us that you wish to cancel and refund the order by email to sales@japserviceparts.com with your order number. Alternatively call us on +44 208 8193 473.

2) Return the goods to us at the below address. It is recommended to use a tracked return service. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and must be new and unused to be eligible for return and refund.

Goods must be returned to us within 14 days cancellation notification.
